Our law office is located in the historic Mabry House in Heritage Square, Rollingwood, just west of downtown Austin.  Parking around the house is plentiful and free.  We have facilities to accommodate clients who are mobility impaired, and we are glad to honor any special requests for assistance for any of our clients. 

DIRECTIONS FROM NORTH AUSTIN

Go south on MoPac (Loop 1).  Exit at the first opportunity after you cross Lady Bird Lake (formerly Town Lake), at FM 2244.  The sign says “Rollingwood” or “West Lake Hills”.  Turn right on FM 2244, also known as Bee Caves Rd. and go about half a mile.  Turn left on Montebello; you will see a sign that says “Heritage Square”.

Take the second driveway to your right, and drive to the two-story gray Victorian house toward the back left of the parking area.  The sign out front says “Barnes Lipscomb & Stewart PLLC”.

From Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Hwy) or Hwy 290, exit on MoPac (Loop 1) and travel north.   Exit at FM 2244.  The sign says “Rollingwood” or “West Lake Hills”.  Turn left on FM 2244, also known as Bee Caves Rd. and go about half a mile.  Turn left on Montebello; you will see a sign that says “Heritage Square”.
